Exporting Leads & Event Reports

Download your lead data as CSV or generate formatted PDF event reports.

2 minutes3 steps

Before You Start

  • A LeadFuel account
  • At least one event with processed leads
1

Export Leads as CSV

To export all leads from an event as a CSV file:

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Events and select your event
  2. 2Click Download Report → CSV
  3. 3The file downloads immediately

The CSV includes all lead fields: contact information, enrichment data, AI analysis results, email content, lead grades, tags, CRM match status, and processing timestamps.

CSV exports can be imported directly into Excel, Google Sheets, or your CRM's import tool for bulk operations.

2

Generate a PDF Event Report

To generate a formatted event summary:

  1. 1Go to Dashboard → Events and select your event
  2. 2Click Download Report → PDF
  3. 3The PDF generates and downloads

The report includes: - Event summary (dates, location, total leads captured) - Lead grade distribution chart - Email status summary (sent, pending, approved) - Top leads with conversation highlights - ROI metrics (if budget and lead goal were configured on the event)

What's Included in Each Format

CSV — Best for data analysis and CRM import. Contains every field as a column, one lead per row. Includes all enrichment data, AI analysis fields, email content, and metadata.

PDF — Best for stakeholder reporting. Formatted document with summary statistics, charts, and highlights. Designed to share with marketing leadership or event sponsors to demonstrate event ROI.

Troubleshooting

The CSV is missing some lead fields
The CSV export includes all fields that have data. If a field is empty for all leads (e.g., enrichment data when a provider isn't configured), that column may still appear but with blank values.
The PDF report shows no ROI metrics
ROI metrics require both a Lead Goal and Budget to be set on the event. Edit the event and fill in these fields, then regenerate the report.
