- Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3/M4) or Intel Mac
- Microphone access required
- 500MB free disk space (for Whisper AI model)
Quick Setup
From download to your first recording in under five minutes.

Download & Install
- Download the DMG file using the button above
- Open the DMG and drag LeadFuel to your Applications folder
- Open from Applications (you may need to approve in System Settings > Privacy & Security)

Connect to Cloud
- Open LeadFuel Recorder and go to the Settings tab
- Enter your API URL:
https://lead-fuel.com - Enter your API Key (found in Dashboard > Settings > Integrations)

Start Recording
- Create or select an event
- Click Record — Whisper AI transcribes locally in real-time
- Transcripts sync automatically when you’re back online
